Established in 2018, Beach House CrossFit offers a community for like-minded individuals to come and better themselves. Founded on the CrossFit principles, the House Of Fitness offers a high-intensity and constantly varied workout plan that can be applied to Any level of fitness.

Holly has been CrossFitting since 2008. She started doing main site WODs and soon after joined a box under the training of Kelley and Steve Rakow (founders of the 94th CrossFit Affiliate in the World) and then became a Trainer and began pursuing more CF Certifications. Holly only views her successes in the accomplishments of others! She is well-versed in Nutrition as well as Mobility and Coaching all skill levels and abilities. She will help athletes to set goals and reach them. (In 2021 Holly qualified for the CrossFit Games Age Group Online Qualifier Top 10% in the World.)
Level 2 CrossFit Trainer, CrossFit Kids Trainer
Frank has been with Beach House CrossFit since its inception. With his wife Robin, he began his CrossFit journey in 2010 and obtained is L1 Trainer certificate in 2011. Frank is CrossFit Kids certified and is now Level 2 Certified. Frank is a former endurance athlete, having run marathons, half-marathons, 10K and 5K races all his life. He is a retired educator who now loves teaching CrossFit. As a Masters athlete, he has competed in the CrossFit Open each of the last five years, three of which he qualified for the 'Masters Online Qualifier" (top 200 in the World). Level 1 CrossFit Trainer
Holly is a CrossFit Level 1 trainer and also holds specialized trainer certificates in CrossFit Kids, CrossFit Weightlifting, Spot the Flaw, and Scaling. In addition, she is certified for personal training through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Holly began CrossFitting
in 2013 and immediately loved the CrossFit training style and sense of community that CrossFit provides. After recognizing how much it has benefited her own life, she decided to begin coaching in order to encourage others on their wellness journey. Holly has a passion for seeing
people reach their greatest potential and thriving in all areas of their lives. She believes that this progress can most effectively occur when individuals are physically healthy, connected to a positive community, and empowered to grow.
Level 1 CrossFit Trainer
An avid Crossfitter since February 2007. She ran track and was a cheerleader in high school and a collegiate cheerleader, Linda has been involved in many organizations over the years and enjoyed a leadership role in most. She likes meeting new people, especially those who share the same passion for fitness and fellowship that she has. Linda is retired (after 34 years in accounting and mortgage lending) and spends her time with her two sons and daughters-in-law and her beautiful granddaughter. She loves travel, crafting of all kinds, remodeling and working on projects of any sort for friends and family. Some of her handiwork can be seen around the box!
